This vehicle was parked on the side of the road and suffered what appears to be “axe” damage to the windscreen.

In this case we were able to use our mobile high pressure air blower to remove all the tiny glass fragment that were inside the vehicle.
This Mitsubishi Pajero windscreen was completely smashed by vandals in central Auckland.
Perhaps it may be difficult to tell from the photo, however this windscreen looked like it had been smashed with a large hunk of wood.
The windscreen was so broken that the glass was starting to cave in toward the bottom drivers side. This type of break in safety glass is really the worst case scenario, and obviously requires an entire replacement, and a massive vacuum! (more…)
Mitsubishi RVR’s with glass roof options are among the “more rare” Japanese imported vehicles.
Whilst a great option, is does mean that some of the parts are different to the standard roof Mitsubishi RVR.
This is a great model to catch out some glass companies, as this windscreen is a completely different shape to the standard RVR, and is not always that easy to get.
