Shattered Car Glass Mobile Service

A shattered car glass makes a huge mess and causes frustration in your day.

Our mobile glass repair service is equipped to come to your place and remedy shattered glass in your car.

This photo is the “before” photo from a shattered door glass.

Once our glazier has removed the inner door panel, he’s then in a position to vacuum and clean both the interior of the car, and the inside of the door.

Once a door glass in broken, a large amount of glass falls inside the door panel itself.

Our vacuums are designed to be able to remove the majority of the broken glass inside the door.

If no power is available – our vans are equipped with power onboard.  This allows us to perform this cleanup service even in car parks.

The below photo shows the “after” shot once our glazier has cleaned up the broken glass.

This entire service can be completed on site, by our mobile service.

If you have a broken car glass – rather than drive it to a repairer, give us a call on:

0800 276 536 and ask for our MOBILE SERVICE.

Our mobile service works 6 days per week, 8am – 5pm Monday to Saturday.

Mercedes Benz CLS500 Windscreen Replace

This Mercedes Benz has just had a replacement windscreen.  Our glaziers can replace this type of windscreen reasonably quickly (within 1-2hours).

This type of windscreen has rain sensors attached.

A rain sensor is a small diode that senses moisture from the inside of the windscreen and turn the wipers on automatically, and to the correct speed according on the amount of rain.

Windscreens Damaged Due to Vandalism

Vandalism to cars (particularly Car Windows) seems to be on the rise.

Lately our glaziers are replacing more and more vehicle glass that has been either broken into (theft), or simply vandalised.

Our vans are well equipped to replace severely damaged autoglass on-site.  (more…)

Car Glass Autoglass Repairs Ph 0800 276 536

Our mobile glaziers see plenty of vandalism damage.

This vehicle was parked on the side of the road and suffered what appears to be “axe” damage to the windscreen.

Our mobile service vans are equipped to deal with every Autoglass situation.

In this case we were able to use our mobile high pressure air blower to remove all the tiny glass fragment that were inside the vehicle.

Corrosion / Rust Under Windscreens

Rust under windscreens is a common problem.  The biggest issue is that sometimes we only find rust after we have removed the windscreen.

Corrosion like this whilst seemingly small, is right in the point where the pillar meets the body.

The black strip you can see around the edge further away from the rust is the line that we bond the windscreen to.

Where rust or corrosion is present, this area will not be bonded if a windscreen was fitted now. (more…)

Mitsubishi Pajero Laminated Windscreen Ph. 0800 BROKEN

This Mitsubishi Pajero windscreen was completely smashed by vandals in central Auckland.

Perhaps it may be difficult to tell from the photo, however this windscreen looked like it had been smashed with a large hunk of wood.

The windscreen was so broken that the glass was starting to cave in toward the bottom drivers side.  This type of break in safety glass is really the worst case scenario, and obviously requires an entire replacement, and a massive vacuum! (more…)
